Schemes will be fully Project Managed by 'Centrals' professional management team, offering (if required) a design and build service for full turnkey packages, including mechanical & electrical, mezzanine floors, partitions & ceilings.

A J Loveland Ltd are deighted to have been awarded the Road & Sewers and Groundwork packages for 44 dwellings at Kendray in Barnsley.

A J Loveland Ltd are delighted to be Main Contractor on the full refurbishment of Network Rail Call Centre @ 1 Neville Street, Newcastle. As well as being a full re-fit of main dealer floor, offices, toilets and all services, the scheme also includes the installation of a 3 tier mezzanine floor incorporating feature stainless steel and glass staircase and Schindler lift.
