A J Loveland Ltd continues its relationship with Network Rail in the north east with its redevelopment of 15 railway arches on Forth Street, Newcastle. As with previous Arch Developments, the scheme involves the provision of new concrete floors and services, internal laser surveyed cladding to walls and curved surfaces, installation of mezzanine floors, staircases and associated balastrades. Glazed frontages, suspended ceilings and full M & E provision.

A J Loveland Ltd have been awarded the Road & Sewers and Groundworks package for 42 plots @ Lady Oak Road,  Herringthorpe, Rotherham. The scheme is a mixed development of housing and appartments, and incorporates both traditional and timber framed construction.

One of the Arches involves the taking down and rebuilding of a listed stone frontage to conform to current building regulation.
